  4. Client Obligations

  5. Confidentiality
    Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of exchanged information during service provision, unless expressly authorized or legally required.

  6. Intellectual Property
    Intellectual property rights related to documents, tools, and methodologies used or developed by SK Imperium remain the company’s property unless otherwise agreed.

  7. Liability
    SK Imperium commits to providing services with diligence and professionalism, but does not guarantee specific results, nor is it liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of services.

  8. Modifications
    These Terms and Conditions may be modified by SK Imperium at any time with prior notice to clients.

  9. Termination
    The contract may be terminated by either party with agreed notice or as stipulated in the service agreement.

  10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country where SK Imperium operates. For disputes, parties submit to the jurisdiction of competent courts.
